David has over 30 years of food industry experience, focusing on natural and organic foods. He is proud to have Local Harvest Foods as part of his repertoire and to continue to support local, sustainable food.
Brian Popper began his culinary journey 12 years ago at the White Dog Cafe in Philadelphia Pennsylvania learning the value of local and environmentally sustainable foods from his aunt, Judy Wicks. Brian has perfected his culinary skills working as executive chef at Planet X cafe in Rehobeth Beach Delaware, as personal chef to several elite Denver families, and as executive chef and product development director for Carte d’Or Catering and ADO Inc. Brian has a passion for highlighting the natural flavors that come from foods that are locally grown and raised with care.
